Terms and Conditions for the Janod Breakfast Set Christmas Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of the UK only. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of Little Tots Toys Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Comment on the giveaway post with their child’s favorite breakfast food.
- Share the post on their own social media account (make sure it's public so we can see!).
3. Competition Period:
The competition starts on October 8, 2024, and ends at midnight on November 5, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize:
One winner will receive a Janod Breakfast Set. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be announced on November 6, 2024. The winner will be announced and tagged in a post on our Facebook and Instagram page and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.
6. Data Protection:
By entering this competition, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of this competition. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
7. Publicity:
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the competition and the use of their name and image in promotional material.
8. General Conditions:
Little Tots Toys Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK.
